Who should teach sex education?
Almost half of respondents (47%) feel sex education should be taught by parents or guardians with just 27% believing it to be the responsibility of schools
Magazines, books or websites, healthcare professionals and the Government are the next most popular choices globally (all 6%)
Parents or guardians are most likely to be involved in sex ed in South Africa (77%), Switzerland (75%), Austria and the Netherlands (both 74%)
Schools are most likely to take the lead role in Norway, Sweden (both 60%), Denmark (50%) and France (46%)
